My name is Evan. That's short for Evidence...because I sat at the animal shelter for a very long time waiting for my day in court. It never came but I am now free to be adopted! SWAT is fostering me so I didn't have to spend any more time locked up for something I didn't do. I am, as you can see, a Red Nose Pit. I am very, very sweet, get along with everyone and everything...oh, except cats...I'm not really a cat guy. I have learned a LOT of manners since living with my SWAT foster. I walk well on a leash, don't swallow your hand when I'm getting a treat, play fetch, am completely house trained and very, very gentle when I need to be. I still jump up some, but I'm learning more stuff every day. I would really, REALLY like to find my own family. I thought I had, but they didn't come to pick me up...so I'm still looking. I am fully vetted, ready to go. If you are interested in meeting me, please let SWAT know. I love my foster home but I want a real family to call my own.
