Have you ever wondered how a pretty girl, such as myself, could end up in a shelter? I have thought about it many times and I can't figure out why I am here. My name is Jody. I was surrendered to the shelter forever ago. My shelter humans keep telling me that I didn't do anything wrong; life happened and my family couldn't care for me anymore. I guess it's time to move on to bigger and better things, like a new family. So, here goes... I am only 18 months old. I'm not a large dog, but I'm not tiny either. I do fantastically around other dogs and even the kiddos. Oh, I LOVE belly rubs. I don't get as many belly rubs as I would like around here, but I would love it if my new family gave me at least 20 a day. Alright, I will settle for 10.
Will someone please adopt me and teach me what it is like to be a family member again? I would like it to be forever this time; I really don't want to come back here.
