My name is Bella...here's my story as I remember it. In my previous family, I was not well cared for. When I ended up pregnant, they dumped me out and took off. I was taken to the shelter then to a foster home. I had my babies there. All of my babies went to a rescue up north but I stayed behind with my foster family because they just couldn't let me go. That was over a year ago...I am older, wiser and spayed now  wink  emoticon . I am also up to date on all my shots. I love kids, all humans, other dogs and cats are okay with me...oh, and I love running. I am about 4 years old now and although I'm a little on the chunky side, I am very healthy and happy. I am house trained and go inside sometimes but really prefer to be an outside kind of girl...I'm a cattle dog, you know, a working girl. My job here is to keep other critters out of our yard and I'm really good at it. I just found out that I need to start looking for a new home. I think I did my job here a little too well and mom is sick of finding things in the yard that tresspassed. I think I would like a home in the country where I could keep my yard protected and it would be a good thing.
