The name is Ivan. I don't type so this is being dictated to my SWAT person. I don't read either so hopefully she doesn't make stuff up. Anyway, the name is Ivan. I was dumped by my family because I started losing all my fur and I suppose they thought I was sick or something...no geniuses, it was just a flea allergy and a little medication..WALA, good as new; well, will be when all the fur grows back in. I am a Border Collie/Pyr mix; 1-2 years old and around 70 lbs., although no one has bothered to pick me up to get an exact weight. I am learning to be an inside dog. I am house trained, have some basic manners and I'm learning more. I love to run and romp and do well both on a leash and off. I have a few quirks like when I'm walking on a leash, I like to be VERY close to my human. I am very cautious walking over thresholds, I warm up to people quickly but I'm not an in your face, wagging my tails let's be friends kind of guy. I'm cautious around new people, not aggressive, it's just my job to keep my foster family safe and I take that job seriously. I'll like you when I know they like you.
