Here I am! The name is Jake, Jake from State Farm. I'm not wearing the red polo or khakis. The human looked at the store and couldn't find any in my size. I'm not too upset about that. Shh, don't tell her. Anywho, I'm the little guy who was dodging cars on the highway before someone picked me up. She thought I had been hit by a car already because of my bummed leg. After SWAT found a foster and to ok me to the vet, it turns out my back leg was injured a long time ago and it doesn't bother me at all. Sometimes I use it, sometimes I hold it up. Heck, I could've told everyone that if they had just asked me. After checking out my leg, the vet gave me a shot and I was out like a light. I woke up missing a certain part of me. Apparently I was "neutered." Yay me...? That was last week's news. This week I can officially tell you that I'm ready to be adopted. I'm 4 years old, weigh about 15lbs, I'm up to date on shots, I'm a Rat Terrier (probably a mix), I'm very sweet and I LOVE to snuggle close...like, really close. I love to be in my person's lap to take a snooze. I have the bad habit of marking in the house on stuff. The humans fixed that part by putting something called a belly band on me. First I was neutered and then they make me wear purple or bumble bee striped bands around my...you know. My man card is long gone. The marking stops after a week of so. Anyway, I am also housebroken. I am also taken outside regularly so there's no excuse to "go" in the house. I love to snuggle up in my bed and sleep the night away. I am also kennel trained, but I don't think I need it all the time. Maybe just to go in and get away from everyone from time to time. I am a little guy so small children are not a great idea. I spook easy and I can be a little reactive. #littledogproblems
