I'm Ethel. I was adopted from a shelter a while back. I loved my human and she loved me. My little Dachshund sibling was great too. One day our person wasn't there anymore. She vanished and we were put into the backyard. A couple of people came and picked up my Dachshund friend, but left me behind. I couldn't understand it. My Mom was gone and then my friend. I was left in the yard to fend for myself. Someone noticed me and called SWAT. SWAT found a foster so here I am. My wh ole world flipped upside down, but SWAT promised it will all get better from here on out. A little more about me and then I'll let you ponder that for a moment. I am only 6 years young. I am spayed, completely housebroken, sweeter than punch and a tad bit on the shy side. I do warm up quickly after a little bit. I love to crawl into bed with my foster people and snuggle real close. I get along great with other dogs, big and small, and cats don't bother me. I like kids as long as they are gentle and respectful of my space. I am in no way nippy, but I am little and fast movements are kind of scary.
