This smile belongs to Julio. I was found down by the school yard...now that makes you want to hum a tune, doesn't it? I was actually found near Prairie Village apartments on 06/11. I was WAY skinny and not in good health. What a difference a couple of weeks and a little TLC make! I am a healthy, happy 6 lb. Chihuahua.
