I'm Pebbles. You may remember me. I lived on the streets with my Dad Person, sister and mom before I was taken to SWAT. Being only 10 months old at the time, I had a lot to learn about how to be a house dog/member of a family. I got adopted, I've learned how to walk on a leash, how to sleep on a soft bed, how to potty outside only, how to play with my new mom and how to wrestle and play with my four-legged brother. I also have a love for toys. I never had toys before so I was  never taught to "share." The other little dog comes over to try to take my toy and I get grumpy with him. Sometimes MY toys can be on the other side of the room and if he grabs one, I quickly let him know that isn't okay. SWAT says it's actually me who needs to learn it's okay to share. I was never properly socialized as a puppy so I don't know how to share with other dogs my size. So, I need to find another home with dogs that I can play with and, at the same time, teach me manners. Humans need to help me with that also. I'm young and smart so learning will be a breeze. I also love belly rubs and snuggles. If my person stops petting my belly, I grab their hand with my paws and pull it back to me. Don't worry, I'll tell you when I'm done.
