I'm not a very happy cat at the moment. LMJ just brought me back from being "neutered." I'm not sure if I'll forgive her or try to smother her with my enormous amount of fluffy fur. Anywho, I'm Finley. I'm a 5 month old, Flame Point, something something. A couple weeks ago, I was living in the cold, wet outdoors. Now, I'm living it up indoors. It was quite the feat to graduate to indoor life. I never have had a family. I've always lived on my own, taking care of myself. I saw some humans move into a house I had been eye balling and decided the outdoor life wasn't meant for me. I wanted to know what humans were like. I started out by sitting at their front door, crying. The humans shooed me away, but the dog was very inviting. Not enough to let me inside though. After trying for a week, I decided to go a different route. I went under the house. Maybe I could annoy them from down there? Once I made it under, I found an unexpected house leading into the house. Jackpot! I climbed in and, sure enough, ended up in the kitchen. The dog welcomed me with opens arms. The humans and other cats in the house, however, were a little indifferent. So, I'm with SWAT. I have discovered that humans are amazing. I'm still a little shy, but when you pick me up, oh man. I hug, I snuggle, I give kisses, I hang on to you (without claws)...I am all about snuggles. I can't get enough. I also love toys, especially the balls with bells inside. Those are my favorite. Food being served on a regular basis was an exciting, but welcoming change in my little world. I don't have to search for it anymore. Life is GOOD. SWAT humans say life will be better when I find a family of my own, one I can keep for years and years. If interested, fill out an application!
