Talk about a rough first year of life. I'm Ginger. I'm a year old and people are calling me an English Bulldog mix. I think there might be a little Frenchie in there, I mean, look at that crazy ear I have. It's either sticking straight up or it lays down on top of my head. It has a mind of its own, much like my tail. Anyway, my friend Buck and I used to stay locked in a tiny pen 24/7, outside. Then, we came here, to the shelter. It's a little better but I'm still stuck in a pen. The humans said it is only temporary until I find a family. A family. That has a nice ring to it. I've never really had one before. Can someone show me what it's like to be a part of a family?
