I'm the newest SWAT dog, Sheila. I'm a Rat Terrier and I'm awesome at stating the obvious! I'm a couple of years old and have had litter after litter of puppies because my last family didn't give a flip about me. Actually, they cared so little that they dumped me and my two babies off in the country and then took off. Someone came along and picked up my babies and then THEY took off. I was le ft there alone, spinning in circles wondering what was happening. Finally, after a few days, I was getting hungry and tired and a nice lady pulled up in a car and I decided to give her a chance. So far, my people experience hadn't been too awesome. She took me to SWAT and well, the rest is history as they say. Until now, I have never been allowed inside. I like inside. It's warm and there are fluffy things to sleep on. I have never had an accident in the house, I get along with all the other dogs. I like the cats and my SWAT humans were shocked...I even like the chickens and not the "with salt and pepper" kind of like. I REALLY like hanging out with them. I'm told I lack some social skills, but I'm learning because I'm smart and I really want to please my humans. I would make a great farm dog or city dog...but I kind of like this sleeping indoor gig; so that's a must. Give SWAT a call if you want to meet me.
