My name is Cookies and Cream.  I was on Death Row at Pawhuskka animal shelter. They called SWAT and I started a new chapter.  I was abandoned when I was just a baby and spent a lot of time on my own and on the street.  I had a pretty serious case of mange when I arrived here.  I went to the Doctor and was spayed and I got medicine for the itchy stuff.  I'm all better now, my coat has grown back in and SWAT says I'm beautiful.  I get along great with everyone and everything here.  I love other other dogs (especially if they will play or snuggle with me), kids are fun, I like the cat now that he doesn't try to eat me and I am good with the chickens.  One time I found a chicken in the yard after dark.  She should have gone in her coop but she got lost.  I picked up up and took her through the doggy door and put her under the dining room table.  I was very gentle with her but I got in trouble anyway so I don't touch the chickens any more.  I am still pretty much a puppy.  I chewed my foster mom's shoe and now I'm crate trained.  I love it outside and will run and chase off lead but come back immediately when I'm called.  I also love it inside; I am completely house trained and have some basic manners.  I would love to find a home that will let me be an  important part of the family...and I will prove to them that I can be the BEST dog EVER!
