Hi, I'm Sherman! First, let's get the SWAT required stuff out of the way...I'm about 2 years old, weigh about 65 lbs. I was picked up as a stray with this lovely orange harness...you'd think my old family would notice me with it on but NO, they have not come looking for me. So according to the other inmates, namely Penny who is in my cellblock, this is the way this plays out. You get nabbed, t hrown in jail for something that seriously (and I know everyone says this) WASN'T MY FAULT! Family sees me and pretends that they don't know me. She says that even though I'm friendly, love people, other dogs, etc. I'm going to sit here for a really long time because I'm a Pit...well the shelter calls me a Staffordshire Terrier (but a rose by any other name...). Then, there is this thing called a "down list," not sure what it is exactly but I know I don't want to be on it. My friend Penny is on it and it makes her sad. So, there you have it. My name is Sherman and I would really love to find a new family...this time, one that will love me enough to train me and put some ID on me, just in case I wander off again. Come visit me at the Rockin' G.
