Howdy, howdy. I’m Dodger. I’ve had that name since I was a little thing, 2 years ago. I’m pretty fond of it. Anyway, I’m a Beagle. I’m a little bit bigger than most Beagles, maybe 40lbs, but that just means there’s more of me to squeeze and love right? I already had the “big snip” done when I was younger so I’m ready to ditch this place as soon as someone adopts me. Oh, you wonder why I’m here? We ll, get in line because I’ve been wondering that for three weeks now. My family packed all my things and dropped me off here, at the shelter. I would give anything for them to come back and rub my soft, velvety ears one last time. Oh, you know, maybe that’s where you come in. I think that’s why I’m even typing all of this, which is no easy task by the way. I need a new family that will scratch my soft ears, give me belly rubs, love me day and night and not drop me off at a shelter. C’mon, just meet me halfway. I can only go so far since I’m stuck in a cage all day. Help me out here, call me!
