Look who finally made it into the spotlight! It's Thackeray Binx. Thackeray showed up on my doorstep one night and begged at the door for someone to come out. Knowing I couldn't let him inside, I gave him some food and water and he was quite happy. By morning, I thought he had gone home. Later that next night, there he was again. He showed up for a week before I brought him to the SWAT Shop. That
happened a month ago. Thackeray is finally ready for adoption. I cannot believe no one claimed him as their cat because he wasn't skinny, his coat glistens and he was already neutered. And, he's the best cat. Their loss, I guess.
Thackeray is 4 years old. His coat is solid black. There is not a speck of white on him. Thackeray would do best as an indoor AND outdoor cat. He loves to be inside and does wonderfully inside, but you can't keep an adventurous cat down. He loves to be outside too. Everyone who has met Thackeray says he is the most beautiful cat and he really is. My pictures do not do him justice. He doesn't mind any of the dogs that come and go through the shop. In fact, he makes fun of the ones who are getting a bath. There are no other cats in the shop with him so we do not know how he is with other cats.
