Tortoiseshell (short coat) : : Female : : Baby : : Small
Here's Willow, our 12 week old, skittish waif. She came to us in early November after being found in the middle of a busy street in the pouring down rain. Willow has done, umm, okay with socializing. She still doesn't like our hands. She runs every time she sees hands reach down for her. She has never offered to bite or claw, but she does hiss if approached. As long as we don't pay any attention t
o her, she does great. She weaves in and around our feet, she begs for treats right alongside the boys (Valentino and Virgil), she loves to chase the other kittens and she loves to chase and bat around toys. And, she's as cute as a bug. It's hard to take her seriously when she hisses because she is so darn adorable. We hope we can find her a patient family, one with other cats who will take her under their wing and help her adjust in a new home with new people. Young children are probably not a great idea because she is so skittish with fast movements. She is also completely litter box trained. If interested, please fill out our adoption application online. We would love to find the perfect home for Willow soon.
