I’m called Elf for a couple obvious reasons. One, I am short. I think I get that from my Corgi, Basset or Dachshund side of my family tree. No matter what it is, I’m long and very short. Getting high-centered on things I attempt to jump over is an occupational hazard. The second reason, my ears are pointy. I wasn’t born with short, pointy ears; someone took the liberty to cut them off at a young age. Why? I will never know. All I know is, they’re gone and I was left with nothing but a couple points on my head. Oh well, I’m still adorable and I have the personality to match. I’m a goof, or so I’m called. I make up my own jokes and tricks as I go and it makes people smile. I make people smile all the time at this place…everyone loves me and I love everyone. I even love the lady who brought me here…she saved me from getting smooshed by cars. I’m only a year and a half old and weigh around 35-40lbs. That makes me the perfect size for someone’s stocking, right? Alright, probably not a stocking, but Santa’s bag will work just fine. Can someone adopt me and give me a home for Christmas??
