I’m Rowdy. I’m a gorgeous boy who was surrendered to the shelter because, well, no one could keep me in the yard. I’m a busy guy; I have places to go and people to see. I’m almost 3 years old. Yes, I do expect cake and ice cream on the big 3. I like other dogs, I’m good with kids, I sport a gorgeous coat, I have winning personality, I have yet to show these humans I don’t fetch the squeaky ball no matter how many times you throw it and I am a Chihuahua.
