Sedona was chained out at her home in Salina.  The neighbors heard her crying and after a couple of weeks, asked the family if they would surrender her to help her find a new home.  They said no but put her over the fence in the neighbor's yard a few days later.  They brought her to SWAT.  She was adopted before she hit the ground.
