Has anyone ever been kicked off a field trip? Well, I have recently. My previous family, who hasn’t come looking for me, left me in the yard one fine morning. I got bored so I escaped the yard to find my own fun. I had every intention of going back, but my nose got the best of me and I wound up here. Oh, still wondering about that field trip? Yeah, my nose landed me in the middle of a group of kid s, who were going on a field trip. That sounded like loads of fun so I wanted to join them in the big yellow, rolling box. Apparently, dogs aren’t allowed on those things, kids only. Before I knew it, I was in someone’s truck that landed me here, at the shelter. Like I said, my family hasn’t come for me so I guess I’ll move on. The name’s Boomer. I am said to be a Boxer mix, I’m only a year and a half old, I have basic manners like sit and so on, I’m housetrained, I love to go places (hence my attempt to go on a field trip) and I love everybody.
