Evan here...remember me? I'm thinking of changing my name to "Can't Catch a Break Evan." Let me give you a run-down, just in case you haven't been around that long. I was a shelter dog. They named me Evan because I was evidence in a "case." They kept me locked up in a cage for months waiting for something that apparently never happened. Finally, SWAT was given permission to find me a foster.. .no one wanted me. I have to admit, I was a little wild, being caged up and not much lovin', EVER.  I didn't really know how to be a best friend. Finally, SWAT had an opening at a foster home. I went to live with my 95 year old grandma. That's where I learned manners and to be gentle. Eventually I was adopted to a family with a little weinerschnitzel dog...he hated me and I wasn't too crazy about him either. BUT, I had miniature people to play with and I loved them and they loved me and it was all good. The family decided that I wasn't a good fit for their home because I told the little schnitzel dog to get out of my face and all of a sudden they thought I was Cujo...so, I was brought back to grandma's house. Another family adopted me and things were going great! They loved me, I loved them, I even loved their little Chihuahua and my 2 BFFs were CATS! I thought this was it...forever but not so much. My family is moving to a military base and they can't take me with them because of breed discrimination. They didn't even give me a chance to tell them that I love everyone and everything. I'm about 3 years old now and have been neutered, well behaved, have basic manners and am willing to learn if you will take the time to teach. I have given up hope of finding forever but SWAT says that MY family just hasn't found me yet. If that's maybe you, please call SWAT and please hurry. (918) 605-6516
